Shipping policy

For delivery in mainland UK, delivery costs £2.95 for orders under £50. Orders over £50, deliveries are free of charge. We aim to deliver your order within 1-7 working days.

For orders outside mainland UK, deliveries cost £45. We aim to deliver your order within 3-12 days.

For deliveries to the European Union, deliveries cost £45.00. We aim to deliver your order within 3-12 days.

The courier delivers Monday to Friday 9am-5pm only, excluding bank holidays. If you are not in when a delivery is made the courier will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged. We are unable to specify a time of delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

To customers who require goods to be delivered outside the UK or European Union, please email us at info@wonkiware.uk.

Occasionally during busy periods it may take a little longer. Please contact us if your order is taking longer than expected and we will give you a better estimate of timings.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the UK may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties.

The order amount referred to above comprises the total cost of goods as stated on this website, after any applicable promotions.
